TF2400 is a rigid, semi-metallic, molded friction material. It is composed of resins and rubber with frictional modifier agents, mineral fibers, and fine copper shavings to enhance its strength. TF2400 conducts heat from the operating surface which produces a very stable friction coefficient and excellent resistance to fading. TF2400 is a fully cured material and is suitable for bonding and riveting.
