THERMOTECH 137 is a sintered bronze-based friction material. The relatively high proportion of bronze, as well as the carefully chosen types of graphite and silicate result in high wear resistance of the facing even under high energy conditions. Performance offers a high friction coefficient with smooth engagement while preserving the mating surfaces. The material is free of lead. Typical applications of the TT 137 material include: heavily loaded segments or full facings for industrial machinery such as marine gearboxes, stamping presses, heavy-duty vehicles and construction machinery.
