TF600
TF600 is a rugged, dense, premium non-asbestos material for heavy-duty industrial, marine, and oilfield applications. With a medium to high coefficient of friction (0.80) and outstanding thermal stability, TF600 delivers best-in-class performance for non-asbestos woven brake linings.
TF600 contains brass wire reinforcement throughout and is constructed with MICROSHIELD surface structure technology. This unique compacted surface process improves friction power by reducing uncontrolled glazing and minimizing brake lining and drum wear. The densified surface structure resists penetration from dirt, dust, water, mud, and oxidized brake drum particles—preventing glazing and enabling better surface contact for reduced hot-spotting and extended lining and drum life. Available up to 1.25″ thick.
