THERMOFIBER 3080, based on our renowned TF1200 material, is a rigid molded brake lining specifically engineered for torque limiters and heavy-duty industrial applications.

THERMOFIBER 3080 offers a slightly compressible surface structure which can inhibit noise. For bonded applications, TF3080 easily adapts to its mating surface and supports shorter curing cycles.

THERMOFIBER 3080 features a high fiber content and proprietary fiber alignment technology to enhance heat dissipation and polish mating surfaces, providing exceptional thermal stability.
