CoolrunnerKK is an Extra Heavy Duty +25,000-lb axle-rated material. CRKK offers enhanced friction performance for maximum stopping power and superior lining & drum wear rates across all temperature ranges.

ProTec uses a new generation of resilient synthetic graphites which support high friction levels without diminishing the life of the drum and lining. Our proprietary compression molding process forces a violent resin immersion, creating a stronger fiber matrix which is nearly impervious to heat.

As a result of the formation of a durable, low density, resin-fiber bond, CRKK achieves thermal load–sharing levels, surpassing that of any truck brake friction on the market today.
